When do you charge my credit card?
Your credit card will be charged the full amount at the time of purchase.
 
Can I cancel my subscription?
Unfortunately, prepaid subscriptions cannot be canceled or refunded. However, we will happily transfer the subscription to another recipient. Please contact us at info@betterhealthbox.com
 
Is sales tax charged?
Because BetterHealthBox.com is headquartered in Virginia, we must charge a sales tax of 5% on the subscription price to all shipments being made to Virginia.
 
Is my credit card and personal information secure?
Most definitely. Better Health Box is partnering with a trusted subscription platform to manage all of our subscriptions. Our site is PCI Compliant and is rigorously tested for security.
 
Gift subscriptions
How do I send an Better Health Box subscription as a gift?
If you would like to give a Better Health Box subscription as a gift, please check the box that says "Check here if this is a gift" at the beginning of checkout. You'll then fill out your basic info, the recipients info, and a short note that we'll hand-write and include with their first box.
 
Shipping
When will my first Better Health Box ship?
Your first box will ship the third week of the month after you subscribe. For example, if you order your Better Health Box on June 12th, your first box will be sent to you the third week of July.
 
How will my Better Health Box ship?
All Better Health Boxes ship via USPS Priority Mail.
 
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to the United States (including APO/AFO addresses), Canada, and countries in the European Union. Please e-mail us for shipping quotes outside of the U.S.
 
Returns
What if I don't like one of the products that I receive?
We work hard to hand pick and ship products that we think you will love. If for some reason you don't, our suggestion would be that our products make excellent gifts for a friend.
